Another popular close to Temple Square and City Creek is Zion Summit. This well run property is directly behind the LDS conference center.

In the last few days I have had 3 clients go under contract here.

One benefit of being licensed with MediaOne Real Estate is the terrific support we as agents receive. This was an exceptional unit to be able to sell. The seller was determined  his value was more than others were telling him, such as appraisers. We finally got a price he was happy with, way more than expected.

Trolley Regent is a nice purchase as the HOA fees are real low.

Trolley Regent is not in the close walk to downtown area but is a short walk to Trax on 4th avenue.

The buyers of this unit were from out of State with a student at the U. They wanted a convenient and inexpensive condo to have as a second home.
