Canyon Road Towers amenities are: two social rooms – one very nicely updated, indoor swim pool large enough to swim laps, ping pong, billiards, exercise room, and hot tub.
The building was built in 1976, has 13 floors and two elevators. It is kept in great condition. It’s location, an easy walk to temple square, city creek mall, and Harmons Groceries makes it a very popular development considering location.
The HOA dues seem high until you take into consideration that all of the utilities are included, including basic cable. Internet is not included in the HOA.
The building was recently wired for fiber by Google.
The variation on prices are usually considering the condition and quality of remodel and the view. I have to insert that I hold open houses almost weekly in this building which has had a major impact on securing many of my sales. Some agents say that open houses don’t work. They do for my and my clients. I also advertise all of my listings each week in both the Deseret News and the Salt Lake Tribune. My open houses are also advertised in both newspapers. I find that about 1/3 of people visiting my open houses come off the newspaper ads.
